1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in this document carry specific meanings:

• "User" or "You" refers to any person registered on the platform.

• "Account" refers to a user's personal registered profile.

2 Account Registration and Management

3 Eligibility and Age Verification

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to gaming and betting activities on the platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the platform's designated cash out facility is available.
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, we reserve the right to make a decision based on available information.
• In sports betting, results will be determined based on the official outcome announced by the relevant governing body (such as ICC, FIFA, or the BPL committee).
• Results displayed in casino games are controlled by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• Any attempt to predetermine or manipulate the outcome of a game or match will result in immediate account closure.
• Playing using automated software, bots or any other technical assistance is strictly prohibited.

7 User Responsibilities and Code of Conduct
